Whitney of The Unread Shelf is trying to spread some cheer in the bookish world. She compiled a Unread Book Bingo board + challenge to be completed by April 30, 2020.

How do you play?

  • Head to her blog at www.theunreadshelf.com/bingo.
  • Download the Unread Book Bingo card by signing up with your email. It will land straight in your email inbox. This also gets on the list for contest updates, winner announcements, and more.

  • Complete 5 bingo entries in a row by finishing books from your unread shelf (or even NOT finishing – there’s a DNF option on there, too, if you unshelve the book without finishing!). Books count if read between March 1 – April 30, 2020.

  • For one bonus entry, post on Instagram about the books you’re reading for the contest, using the hashtag #unreadbookbingo.

  • Fill out the entry form online (sent to you via email) by April 30.

  • This contest is sponsored solely by me and is unaffiliated with any other entity. Anyone 18 years old or older is welcome to enter.

After April 30, one winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The winner will receive US$50 gift certificate to the independent bookstore of their choice, or from Book Depository (if she’s not able to purchase a gift certificate online for the winner).
